Hi - I’m Kris.
Senior Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force. Nearly thirty years of service. Three commendations. Leader of people across every rank and every Service.
And for a long time - completely lost.
I didn’t know what brought me genuine joy. I gave everything to everyone else and kept nothing for myself. I moved through life navigating a thick and disorienting fog.
Then everything shifted.
The GALS Initiative was born from that journey back to myself - through Growth, Awareness, Liberation and a deep, unwavering return to Self. This is the framework I wish I had found twenty years earlier.
